Omega Star Ministries was founded by Darell Williams, an Ordained Minister with over 25 years of experience in teaching and ministry leadership roles. With a passion for empowering others, Darell has dedicated his life to helping individuals achieve personal growth and success. Through our coaching, speaking, and writing services, we aim to inspire and motivate others to overcome challenges and live their best lives.
Omega Star Ministries is an Empowering and Life Coaching ministry dedicated to providing coaching, empowerment, hope and healing.

Our Mission
The mission of Omega Star Ministries is to help God’s people to love and care for each other in the same spirit that Christ loves and cares for us. We Empower as a unique and case-based form of Christian discipleship, assisting the church in its call to bring believers to maturity in the lifelong process of sanctification—to personal wholeness, interpersonal competence, mental stability and spiritual maturity in Christ.

Darell Williams
Darell and Cassie J. Williams
Darell Williams is an Ordained Minister who has held positions as Pastor, Asst. Pastor, and Ministry Leader. He has taught in the public and private school sector for over 30 years and holds a Master’s Degree in Education.
Darell believes his calling is to minister to the youth through the avenue of sports. Through combining faith, discipline, and sports, he created God’s Property Track Club as a means to help the youth envision themselves becoming greater than who they are now.
Darell has been an Athletic Trainer, competed in the National Qualifiers Meet in Track and Field, and played Semi-pro football for the Penisula Posidens and Arlington Panthers. He and his wife Cassie founded Omega Star Ministries to empower people to live their life on purpose.
Believing his calling lies in ministering to youth, Darell combines faith, discipline, and sports as tools for transformation. This vision led to the creation of God’s Property Track Club, an initiative designed to help young people see their potential and strive for greatness.
A seasoned athlete, Darell has worked as an Athletic Trainer, competed in National Qualifiers Meets in Track and Field, and played semi-professional football for the Peninsula Poseidons and the Arlington Panthers.
Alongside his wife, Cassie, Darell co-founded Omega Star Ministries, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals to live purpose-driven lives. Through their combined efforts, Darell and Cassie continue to inspire and uplift communities, leaving a legacy of faith, resilience, and empowerment.
Dr. Cassie J. Williams
Cassie J. Williams is an ordained minister, chaplain, and retired Navy veteran whose life mission is to empower women and children through Christian counseling and life coaching. A compassionate leader and Certified Life Coach, Cassie is also an Anger Resolution Therapist and Assistant Coach for God’s Property Track Club, where her supportive approach fosters growth and transformation in youth.
Cassie’s dedication to helping others extends nationwide, where she teaches women in prisons, Dream Centers, and safe houses about their self-worth and God-given potential. Her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds stems from her genuine compassion and unwavering faith.
A Seminary graduate from Liberty University, Cassie holds a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies and a PhD in Psychology with a Biblical Basis. Her academic and spiritual foundation equips her to provide guidance and inspiration to those seeking healing and purpose.
Through her ministry and outreach, Cassie continues to be a beacon of hope, encouraging others to discover their self-worth and live lives anchored in faith and purpose.
